Shipping Methods

We specialize in supplying wholesale orders to retail stores throughout the United States. Since most orders are shipped in cartons or pallets, Ocean Freight is our standard shipping method. For urgent replenishment orders, Air Freight is also available upon request.

Ocean Freight (Recommended)

Ocean Freight is the most economical shipping option for wholesale orders and is recommended for most shipments.


Estimated transit time: Approximately 30 days
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and seasonal port congestion.
During peak shipping seasons, transit may take longer than the estimated timeframe.


Air Freight (Express Service)

If you need products urgently, Air Freight is available for eligible orders.


Estimated transit time: 9–13 days
Higher shipping costs apply compared to Ocean Freight.
Recommended for emergency restocking or time-sensitive orders.



Order Processing

Production and packing times vary depending on the products ordered and the order quantity. Once your order has been completed and prepared for shipment, we will arrange the selected shipping method and provide your shipping details.



Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment throughout transit until delivery.

Please note that tracking information may take several days to update after the shipment departs.



Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our logistics partners to deliver orders on schedule, shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Transit times may be affected by:

Port congestion during peak seasons
Customs inspections or clearance procedures
Weather conditions
Carrier or logistics delays beyond our control
