Refund & Return

Wholesale Orders

As a wholesale supplier, all orders are carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are considered final except under the circumstances described below.

Eligible Returns


Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

Products arrive damaged during transit.
Products have manufacturing defects.
Incorrect items or quantities were shipped.
Products substantially differ from the confirmed order.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Any claim must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

Order number
Product photos
Photos of the shipping carton and packaging (if applicable)
Description of the issue

Resolution

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may, at our discretion:

Ship replacement products;
Issue a partial or full refund; or
Provide store credit toward a future order.
The appropriate solution will depend on the nature of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
Overstock or unsold inventory
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong products or quantities
Seasonal or discontinued merchandise
Custom or personalized products
Clearance or final sale items
Products that have been used, displayed, altered, or repackaged


Return Authorization

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service team.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the merchandise.

Items returned without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (incorrect shipment, defective product, or verified shipping damage), we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or arrange replacement shipping.

For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping Damage

If the outer carton shows visible damage upon delivery, please:

Note the damage to the carrier before accepting the shipment whenever possible.
Take clear photographs of the packaging and products.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Prompt reporting allows us to file claims with the carrier and resolve your issue more efficiently.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
